My current favourite is the JHS Muffuletta. Simply awesome tones and it's hard to get a bad sound. Out off the six selections I don't have a favourite, they all rock.

I'm all for that tyrant pedal from Nine Of Swords Pedals, they're all hand made in the UK where I live, and they pack a punch! Perfect for anything from retro 70s to heavy stoner/doom :)

    Here's what the website says:
Quake in fear, mortal, the Tyrant has arrived. This ultra gainy silicon fuzz pedal is custom designed to create the heaviest deepest doomiest scariest terror noise possible. A huge bottom end combined with a throaty bark at the mid range and a smooth creamy topping all points towards stoner/doom heaven. Crank the 'Hell' knob (we're subtle like that) past 2 o'clock, the fuzz turns to sludge, and those in the know run for cover. All hail the Tyrant!

The Tyrant is handcrafted in the UK by Nine of Swords effects using high quality NOS audio caps, a top spec ultra-robust 3PDT switch for true bypass and high quality input and output jacks all of which is housed in a sturdy diecast pedalboard-friendly MXR sized enclosure.

Not really a fan of fuzz pedals myself. Now, a fuzz "box" is a whole different story. :)

Last week i bought an Earthquaker Devices Hoof and so far i love it. To me it has a wide array of sounds but all are musical.

I have the Heavy Electronics 'Grind Fuzz' on my board... its a very articulate fuzz that allows the notes to shine through when hitting chords... works well for Neil Young/Crazy Horse type numbers.. I tend to use it without the swell switch on for more definition. Recommended :applause::applause::applause:

Im following, cheers fellas... And females jusst in case :)

Just pulled the trigger on a Mesa Tripple Crown but soon... I will be fuzzing it up starting with the MXR LA as i do like some octave fuzz and these are very reasonably priced... Then i just might have to bite on a Hoof :dude: Or analogman... Perhaps both!

Keep em coming, and dont forget to shine on your Amp as fuzz really does change dramatically with a different canvas behind it, so its handy info to know when talking fuzzies :band:

Mine is the Fulltone Mas Malo, I just got it. It's one of their blem specials & I can't find anything I would consider a blem This thing is incredible, extremely adjustable, you can get light distortion through extreme fuzz. Smooth & silky to all out war. My wife said it sounded like Black Sabbath yesterday the way I had it set. Definitely the best fuzz I have ever experienced.

Here's mine. #290, actually sounds better than the #800ish I had first. There's prob nothing to that though, just in my head. Awesome fuzz though. It's high gain germ, and doesn't get sparkly clean on the volume...but that's how I like it.

If 6 Was 9, by SolidGoldFX. I think the name is actually a little misleading, because it uses Silicon transistors and bias/tone controls that make it really versatile. Jimi is certainly in there, but he's got a lot of company .

I love my Fulltone '70 fuzz.

A Strat into that into a Prosonic is total mayhem.

Ive honestly been keen on Fulltone but mike fuller is, and i say this in an experienced manner, a wanker. So i stear clear of fulltone. But that said this thread is to benefit everyone, so please recommend full tone if it tickles you, i just cant go there for reasons known by me and many who have spoken to it... Just, please dont be upset when i disregard Fulltone gear.
