I am intrigued by their "Ivan" 20 watt model that replicates a Fender Brownface circuit in one channel and a silver face in the other. How well do the builders pull this off? Does anyone have 1st hand "ears" on Cat 5 amps? I see a few pro's like Warren Haynes and Joe Bonamassa gigging these...
Are they worthy of their highly boutique price tag? There is very little info on the interweb...

Yep & if you send an email they do not reply. As I understand it they are still in existence, so probably best to just call them.

Pros using them means nothing IMHO because Warren also uses Diaz & Homestead. Joe typically uses Tweeds more recently.

    Lots of options around.

    Good luck.

Warren uses them as monitors and occasionally for guest guitar players.

Samantha Fish is still using hers. You can see it sitting behind her.

I don't think Warren Haynes or Joe B has ever used one in the studio.

those guys probably have forgotten about more amps that they have than we'll ever own... category 5 could have shipped them one for all we know :)

    "joe, another amp came today..."
"put it over in the corner with the other ones"
"put it in the other corner then!"
