whats it worth?

    ok...im new here but i figured u are the guys to ask..60 les paul junior double cut..none of the parts are original...pro peghead repair(not thru the pegface)...a maple filled neck pickup rout..doweled and almost matched toggle switch hole..original cherry finish..lotsa dings dangs and gouges..ball park figures would be gr8...thanks in advance...johnny

    Pictures would help a lot - almost impossible to give you a good guess without them. Welcome to the forum!

    its not mine yet...so no pics..just lookin for a ballpark...it plays pretty good but a refrets gotta happen

    without any pics,I'd say...$1,500 to $1,800 MAX...it's pretty messed up by the sounds of it...

    right on the same page..thats what i figured...but the repair work is top shelf and it screams...if i take it ill probally only invest in a 60s dogear the rest i dont think ill ever get back

    ...that would be a good move.Put an original/vintage correct pickup back in it and maybe some old pots and caps.Nothing wrong with an old wood player.:dude:

    its got cts 500k pots...maybee ill go for a bumblebee remake..ya think its worth goin for the $300 vintage harness?

    i traded a 06 vos jr for it..but i kept the case cuz this one didnt have one..fun fun fun

    Great score, bet it's lovely. Wouldn't go for the whole harness myself. If it's already got CTS pots I'd just go for the Bumblebee. Real ones are still available and sound much better than the repros (to my ears).

    Ouch! The neck pickup rout was a lucky one, can just see the fingerboard and neck falling into the hole first time it was strung up. Glad to see a big lump of wood back in the hole!!

    Looks an awful lot of guitar for the money, I am SO impressed you traded it for a VOS. Way to go.

    (Only just looked at the pictures properly):D
