this one. paid a cool $7k for it.
My most expensive guitar is ES-335 with figured maple top, back and sides. Around 3,5k$.
Past participle of pay.
I have never reached 2k for any of my guitars. A couple of them were near that mark.
My 2015 True Historic 1957 "Black Beauty." Retailed for $8,000... I paid just under $5k
Also happens to be the most monstrous guitar I've ever played. Not in a bad way, but she is a beast. You have to pretty much back off everything, or she'll blow your ear drums. I haven't ever played a bigger, louder guitar, in my lifetime.
If she had the same neck, as my '68 RI, she'd be #1... that's really the only reason I pick the Triburst, because of the neck... and she is setup exactly like I want my guitars. She also happens to be next expensive, but not really close to this.
My humour is wasted here, italic emphasis implies another interpretation
I got the joke lol
That's why I built the guitar room, so you have to go through the pet room.
Where the lab/pitbull and bully boxer spend their days.
A joke isn't funny if you have to explain it.
2013 Epiphone Les Paul 1960 Tribute Plus.
Still relatively new to the hobby and can't play worth a bean, so spending a lot of money didn't make a lot of sense. Plus, I'm poor, LOL. The funny part, the Shure GLXD16 digital guitar pedal wireless system probably worth more than it. I used a lot of Amazon credit to get both, 8) Nonetheless, I really enjoy the guitar.
Not everyone gets my sense of humour but doesn't mean it's not funny and you did put italics on the "paid"
Geez, he even put a diving board where the Bigsby would be!
My most expensive as far as list price is my 2017 Trad Pro IV (ie, listed at $2499)...but I only paid $1899 for it, making it technically 3rd on my list of ones I paid the most for (ie, I paid $1954 and $1999 respectively for my Honey Burst and Iced Tea 2016 Trads).
I see what you did there....
WOW! I didn't catch that.. Good one!
Both of my 28 series Martins were within $50 of each other - $2300 and $2350.
I got a slightly better deal on the pricier HD-28.
My Ernie Ball Music Man Valentine
Followed by/tied with my Les Paul Classic T (with SD custom shop Joe B numbered pups)
Also happen to be my top 2 played now.
The Custom. Still can't believe I got it for just a shade under 2k.
I didn’t buy one when it came out but I really wanted a Fort Knox....
This thing was fan freaking tastic...
2016 was such a good year
