    Hello everyone!

I thought I would share the building process of my pedals.

It all begins with a raw undrilled enclosure.

The first step is marking the holes. I use a caliper to determine the placments of all the holes. I then use a punch to mark indentations. Next I drill pilot holes.

Next I drill the pilot holes to the correct size for the switch, pot, and jacks.

Once all the holes are drilled I prime the enclosure, then cure the primer on an oven.

Once the primer is dry and cured I let it cool, then I add some magic with one of my custom swirl paint jobs.

Once the paint job is dry I then apply several clear coats of polyurethane, baking each coat in an oven to ensure a nice protective glossy coating to the one of a kind paint job.

Once I have an enclosure thats ready to go I cut the vero board.

Once the boards are cut, I then populate them with components.

Once the board is populated I then Wire up the internals of the pedal.

Once thats done all that is left to do is install a battery and take it for a spin!

Now you know a little about what goes into one of my pedals :)

    Thanks guys!

    Freddy,

Right now im offering two different builds. A Colorsound fuzz box clone and a Dallas Rangemaster clone.

Im offering two versions of the Rangemaster. One uses and OC44 transistor like the originals, the other which cost a bit less uses a МП16Б which is a 2N404 equivalent. (Both sound great)

The Colorsound clone uses BC108 and BC109 transistors.

One of three OC44 boards for this go around. One is already spoken for, possibly two.

    Damn, Ryan!

Those are some of the cleanest hand-done wiring jobs I've ever seen in a modern, boutique pedal. Great job!:applause:

Thank you, sir. I really appreciate that. I pride myself on workmanship. These things are a labor of love for me. From start to finish I love everything about building them.

Here is the 2nd build for the night. This one is pmonk's. Im going to call it a night for now and build some more this week. Ill have three more OC44 rangemasters up for grabs before long.
