I admit it.
I play with my Peters. hehe
I'm not sure if I posted on this thread, but anyway this is my favorite amp.
BadCat Classic Cat, Fender Vibrolux reverb
My fave amp with my Gary Moore Les Paul is my Reeves custom lead.Think Paul Kossof.Lovely.
I have a Mustang III right now and really like it a lot. Beautiful Cleans in many different amp models mostly the Twin or Deluxe Reverb, as well as some nice Vox or Marshall type of crunch using British 60's to 80's amp models. The 100 watts of power with an open back celestion speaker really makes this amp sound full and scream out. Best SS amp I have ever played.
good choice, i have a friend with this one

really classy monster of an amp. nails that 70's 80's hard rock.
Peavey classic 50 and electar tube 10 2-10 for bedroom.
a pair of early 90's mesa/boogie mk iv's
I did it all by my lonesome. The grille is from the original back panel of the 401 combo....Rhino lining on the head.
Really enjoying this one:
It`s my Trinity 5E3 Deluxe kit that I built, including the cabinet and the tweeding. I got the Fender Deluxe tag from Mike Marsh just to finish it off.
My other favorite is this one:
My Victoria 518 in black tolex. It`s 1 of 10 that were produced for Cream City Music in Milwaukee, WI. True 5F1 Champ tone.
Haters can hate. I love it and that is all that matters in my book.
When I did my serious rockin', back in the late 60's & early 70's, Ampeg and Sunn were at the top of the heap. Great pic! Fun to see the old names still in use. Thanks for sharing!
Dude, those Matamp beasts.... Send me one!
Nice couple of Blackfaces there!!
I don't even have an amp anymore but in a couple weeks I'll be rockin' my new SIBLY
Just got the Series 2000 back from repair, when I blew up the 1224.
For about 17 years, I've been using a '72 Marshall Super Lead (Jose Mod) stack, but lately I've been using a MESA Trip Rectifier & 2 Marshall 4x12 cabs. If I get involved with a BIGGER gig, I'll use both of my stacks.......not so much for the level of Volume, but for sound distribution. I prefer to use 4 well placed Marshall 4x12 cabs for monitors, which gives me more sweet spots on stage (Plus the visual wall of Doom thing still effing impresses the Los Angeles mugs excluding soundmen ). NO SURPRISE : that with all of these cabs, amps & Roadcases for EVERYTHING (including guitars) that my back is perm ruined.
I do not know NOTHING about Amps, but maker names Vox and Marshall, etc
Why get so huge giantic monster amps at home when you are only trying to play for yourself ? Unless you are living in a warehouse with 10s and 100s of acres of land? ( I guess some of you guys are really a pro musicians who really needs them. In that case, please forgive my ignorance..
Hey, I was watching an Iron Maiden Flight 666 video and on documentary Disc, I saw a really cool looking amp on the back ground. Really got my attention. What is that amp? Any info ? Please see the photo attached below.
As a beginner practice, I wanted the smallest cheapest nicest sounding amp. I got me...
Buy Marshall MS-2 Mini Amp | Mini & Headphone Amps | Musician's Friend
Hate it as battery did not fit tight.
sold it and got me this one ...
Buy Marshall MS-4 Micro Stack | Mini & Headphone Amps | Musician's Friend
It was much better but started to think why go with battery ones having have to keep buying batteries that did not seems to last very long.
For the closer price, the next step I made was this one ...
