I found a vintage 1961 SG Standard that I'm interested in. It's a player, side trem replaced with a bigsby but still has original PAF's and pots. No distinguishable breaks other than the output jack. There is some overspray on the back of the headstock but no visible cracks. What would be a fair price?

Not much. If it is the one I am thinking of, I thought the finish looked a bit dark to be original but it was haning pretty high up and not where I could get a good look. If original finish, then it would be a pretty good deal at ~10k (which I think was the asking price) with orginal case. The pafs alone are worth 4k. 3-4k for the wood.... i would try for 9k and decide how bad you want it. The bigsby is an upgrade for playability but does ding the price.

If you dont know what you are looking at, take pictures and we can try and sort it for you.
