Pics attached, hard to get the depth of flame on a photo, really needs viewing.
22w Phaez Corona for sale.
Owned this from new and ordered it from Randy in 2012. Been a great servant but I'm having to clear out some amps in advance of a (smaller) house move so my vintage stuff is getting kept and the rest are looking for new homes.
Tons of info on these in the dedicated thread in Squawk Box but it's basically a very loud Blackface style amp. Lots of clean headroom and can be used as a pedal platform but also can really grind when pushed. All TungSol glass apart from a very nice vintage RCA in V1.
The heavily distressed cab was built by me from an old port box. I'm aware that this might not be everyone's cup of tea so amp can be provided chassis only or with cab.
£420 posted Chassis only.
£470 posted with head cab.
Bank transfer please - postage by fully insured courier. Happy to send more photos on request. You will need a kettle lead as I don't have a spare one.
that looks great, well done
Cheers mate! As I say, the 'barn find' look is not for everyone but hopefully it will tickle someones fancy!
Looking to trade my Takamine Glenn Frey EF360GF acoustic.
Great guitar, but I just don't play it enough with my other (electric) toys, so it's time to move on. The guitar is in great condition, comes with orig. Tak case.
Looking to trade for a Les Paul (Tokai LS80 a possibility, Gibson also fine) or another interesting electric guitar, can add or take $ depending on the trade. Prefer to trade as I would probably spend the money on new gear to try out anyway.
I wonder if anyone can help me.... I'm looking after a Les Paul Classic truss rod cover with the gold script. Does anyone have one to sell? I'd be sincerely grateful
I'm looking for a solid body electric 12 string.
Not after anything like a Rick or a Danelectro (or a 12 string Strat shape) but anything with minor fretwear and a decently low action would be of interest. I'm in North West England.
FS: Mint condition LP 2013 Traditional with a beautiful top and some accessories.
WTB: Gibson Les Paul Classic, all mahogany, Custom Shop model from the 90's
Prefer lighter weight, conditions very good original to well used 'player'. UK/EU only

Here for sale is my Marshall SL-5 slash signature combo amp @ £650 ono
Great amp for home use with its switchable wattage from 1w to 5w. Sounds spot on to the AFD sound, it really does!
In absolutely mint condition with not a single mark or blemish. No tears in the front or tolex at all.
Comes with original footswitch as seen in pictures.
Sad to see it go but honestly doesn’t see much play time as I’m using my silver jubilee head in the studio so this deserves to go somewhere it’ll be played.
Not a lot of these amps around these days in the UK, took me ages to find one!
Happy to meet the buyer within reason, give me a shout you want to discuss. Other than that I’m happy for cash on collection and for buyer to try the amp out first.
Amp is located in Sevenoaks Kent.
Thanks for looking.
Here for sale is my 1990 Gibson Les Paul standard from @ £1900 ono. The guitar is in amazing condition for its age. Beautifully aged without the scratches and dents all over the body! It’s got a sweet dull vos finish which oozes vintage!
Very much like slash’s ‘87 standard or svos custom.
Weighs a fair amount but the tone is incredible. Fitted with original Bill Lawrence pickups without the covers (covers are included) so it sounds very bright and resonant. All other hardware is all original and works as it should without fail.
No cracks or breaks anywhere!
Comes with original pick guard and tan Gibson USA case.
Guitar is located in Sevenoaks Kent. Am willing to ship at buyers expense, local collection is preferred as is cash!
Any questions just shout me.
Still for sale new price £2350
Sell me a set of ECP pickups Freedoms. Formerly known as 59-RD Hybrid.

*****New Price £2199*****
What could be more fun that taking a gamble on a low post-count forumite?
Firstly, please forgive the state of my garden in that pic. I've since tidied it up A LOT.
Now that that's out of the way...
Up for sale is my 2006 Gibson Firebird V reissue in cherry finish. I've had it for five years, and I love it to bits, but something slightly daft (and I speak as a Firebird and a Longhorn owner) has been waved in my direction. It's been played a lot (I love it - wide flat neck, almost like a shredder) but is in good nick - player's grade, maybe? It's got the original banjo tuners (dull Firebird fact: the machine that makes these tuners was destroyed when the Gibson Factory flooded - that's why they all have Steinberger tuners now), finish is starting to check up lovely (see pic below), there are weird (hard to see) sworls on the pickguard where a previous owner must have had the most peculiar picking style ever.
The pickups Gibson drops in the reissue Firebirds are notoriously one dimensional and wound to some crazy high output: I had David at Zhangbucker make me a pair of his pickups (he calls the set the Waylon) and they're brilliant - low output, classic Firebird sounds. When I wired them in, I also swapped out all the pots for 500k CTS pots (again, true to the originals, unlike what Gibson sling in from stock), and added some PIO caps for good measure - a .015 cap at the neck and a .022 at the bridge. I like 50s wiring, so have set it up like that. Before/after shots below:
BEFORE: standard Gibson
AFTER: PIOs etc.
I've still got the original pickups, if you want to buy it and return it to not-as-good (I think I've got the original pots and wiring too, but can't guarantee that).
It's got an Epiphone Firebird hardcase, which fits it fine. And is the size of a front door. Firebird hardcases are hilarious.
I'd like £750 for it, in light of the fact it's already got the right pickups in it, and comes with a hard case. There's no way in the world I'm posting a Firebird - I'm near Junction 13 of the M5; happy to meet the buyer half way or within 50 miles of my home, whichever is shorter for me.
Holler with any questions, have a look at the checking before you go...
