I’ve got a LP Traditional Pro that originally had P90s with push-pull coil tapping on the vol pots. Initially didn’t really get along with the P90s and had some TVJ Powertrons put in it- shop also put in new, non-switch pots, etc. I want to go back to stock with the P90s & tap, but can’t find a wiring diagram- anyone have any ideas? Thx

The wiring diagram for split coil humbuckers is the same:

JMHO - but coil tapping on a P90 is not a lot of add value.

The net effect is a about the same as just rolling back, or bringing up the volume knob.

Yeah, I'm not adding it- the coil tap was a stock function on this particular model, just putting it back to stock.

OK, that makes sense... puzzle now is which lead is which on the P90s- they each have a black, a grey and a ground...

Well then I don't know how they do a coil tap with that. It would seem the grey is signal + and the black is signal - in your description. Up the grey wire is there a split?
