Yes, in fact these are good. A bit on the hotter side but good for Classic Hardrock.

I bought that Burny on Reverb that had the Kahler, sold the Kahler, bought some Kluson hardware, applied ironic sticker and broke the high E string, so now I have a nice plain top with a decent Gator case and a secret Kahler route.

Did folks think this is a solid top on this one that just sold on Yahoo? Kind of looks like it with the grain. Went for a decent amount....

Dyna RLG70, I guess. Pot code is '89. Thought it might be junk, but some serious turning of the truss rod got the rise out of the fretboard. Binding is pulling away at the waist, but it sounds mean.

BURNY Barney RLC-70 LEFTY '88 ~ '92 circa made in Japan
    https://www.rinkya.com/en/auction-k250927508

Does anyone know - what is the neck size on these :

    1. is the width like Gibson = Orville, Tokai or is it narrow like Epiphone?
    2. what is neck thickness - slim like Orville or a bit fatter like MIJ Tokai?

I am not sure but it seems it does not have a volute at headstock ...

Seller says it's all mahogany body but is it really the case? Auction will probably be over before anyone reads this, but it may be put again ...

What's up guys. As far as Burny customs go, I've seen black, white, maybe a clown, and a natural. Havnt seen this. What can you tell me? Model? Price range?

I recently got this Burny Super Grade from Japan, it had a couple of issues, but it's pretty much sorted now.
From the winged truss rod cover, positioning of the headshock text and green chicklet caps it would seem it's from 1988/89, but I'm not sure on the model, I have posted a few pics, see what you guys think.....
I replaced all the pots as a couple of them weren't working, I also fitted the orange drop caps.
