It's still in Japan, but claims free shipping to my door... I'll probably get hit with customs charges as it's shipping with EMS, but we'll see if I decide to get it. Thanks for the info! I'm just looking for a main Strat at this point; the G&L doesn't quite sound like a Strat, and my Greco has no frets left and I'd rather not spring the $300 for a refret right now, so I'm looking for something sturdy to play every night; and get rid of my Custom Shop GAS.

Ok...free shipping from japan.. sounds like one of the fake ebay sellers claiming to own the guitar. Its probably for sale some where in Japan and you could get one of the proxy services like Rinkya to help you buy it way cheaper.

From a quick google image search I see the photos are from Ishibashi, but the guitar is no longer for sale here....something is fishy - buyer beware!

Many don't notice that the guitar isn't on sale and just leave it up. I had to tell one of those ebay sellers that I'd already bought the Edwards he had for sale. You'll no doubt get a refund, it'd just be annoying, however.

Another Bacchus/Momose fan here. I have 7 lefties which took time to accumulate .
Since they’re still rather a niche brand, I thought I’d mention I’m selling a lefty Momose Strat, here in London, for £575. Details are in the UK classified thread

    Riverhead NGD.
Listed as a RST-62, supposedly same specs as the Vintage Series Bacchus guitars according to a couple of listings I found on the Sonix website. No other proof.
No markngs on neck or in the neck pocket.
Low serial, but no idea of production date.
I tried sending a message through the Deviser site requesting more info, but no response.
Anyone have any info on this series?

Looks excactly like a Bacchus vintage series bst 64 I used to own. Same color, same pickups (Yuta and they are insanely good), same vibe.... its probably made in the mid- late 90ies. Awesome axe. Basically a rebranded Bacchus. How is the neck...beafy or medium? HNGD!

    Thanks guys.
I'm really glad I took a chance on this. Feels very well put together. As good as anyone needs.
7.25 lbs, medium neck, lacquer, steel block,
    solid hardware.
Great compliment to my MIJ 2013 FSR '54 with the maple V neck.

I also just received an email back from Deviser that says the guitar was made "around 2002" but they didn't have any additional info since it was so long ago.
Was hoping for a catalog scan or old web page, but at least they did respond.
I know they made at least 3. Who knows beyond that.

probably not many at all. back then they weren't doing very big runs of any one thing, if everything i've surmised is half accurate.
