I was watching it, Olds, but reluctantly decided it was too soon to risk going back to the depot in view of last weekend's tax and customs duty oversight

Dunno what it is. I love my guitar choices and would probably never opt to buy an LPC in that colour. But somehow those pics of the twins just make me jelly AF.

Bacchus is a brand I have known about but hasn't really been on my radar in terms of actually buying a guitar. Recently bought a FGN NCLC 20 and been really jonsing for a 1957 LPC type lester.

So now I am looking at both the Bacchus BLC-57 Craft Series and BLP-CTM BLK Classic Series. Holy moly how is it that I never came across them before? They look stunning and the demo videos sound absolutely stunning.

Just wanted some advice from people who have tried the aforementioned guitars, are the necks chunky? My main beef with my FGN is its slimmer neck. I am more partial to some junk in the trunk, as it were.

I am really drooling over the Bacchus LPCs. You folks reckon the BLC57 will be as good as a FGN LPC?

Also, seems like the Classic Series are discontinued and quite hard to come by. What kind of price range should I Be looking at for the BLP-CTM?

Thanks in advance! I wish I had heard of them before, I might have gone with them to begin with. Then again I got the FGN for a hell of a price.

Classic Series = Chunky neck. They're great guitars.

The BLP-CTM or the BLC-57? I haven't been able to find a single listing for the BLP-CTM as of yet :(

Yeah? I really wish they kept making the classic series.

Really? Thanks you just saved me a whole lot of money and headache. I hate how every one and their grandma is making LPs with slim 60s necks. What ticked me off the most was Gibson changing their 2017 faded studio to a "slim taper" neck. Felt like I was playing a damn ibanez guitar lol.

Any suggestions for Ebony + Gold LPC with a chunky neck?

If one had to choose between a mint BLC-57 and a used/worn BLP-CTM, which is the better choice? I am also more partial to thicker necks as I mentioned in one of my earlier posts here.

The blp ctm I had had a thick neck...even though I haven't tried the blc-57 I would think it was basically the same guitar....and the same thick neck.

It is the Craft Series, all Mahogany. Nice sound but I am not a lover of slim necks.
