yeah i actually checked again today and am leaning towards the JTM 18 ^^
Well after checking out clips, reading the discussions, and exchanging a few emails with Randy I ordered a SIBLY today. Really looking forward to see what this amp is capable of first hand.
not impressed with mine at all, 1st it came with a PCB where did that come from? it wasn't advertised as having one and the hype said it would be otherwise
then it took out the house breaker after about 5 hours of light use
its been sat on a shelf since then and I finally got around to looking at it and so far have discovered dry joints, sheaving melted into solder joints and floating resistors soldered onto wiring that were shorting out tube terminals.
just my experience nothing more

We just finished up our new album, "The Good Stuff" and I used my 18watt Phaez SIBLY on the majority of it for my leads and heavy rhythms. The only two songs on the album that did not get the Phaez treatment are "Good Stuff" and "Gnarly Bitch" where I used my '67 Fender Bassman.
The other guitarist used an 15watt Analog Outfitters "Sarge" on all of his rhythm parts for the album.

2004 Gibson Les Paul Classic with SD 59's
'62 RI Fender Jazzmanster
1966 Guild Starfire

2X12 - Sour Mash with Eminence Private Jack/Classic Lead 80
2X12 - Avatar with G12h-30/V30 mix
No overdrive effects were used on this entire album. The only effect used was an MXR Micro-Amp to boost solos on the Phaez and to push the Bassman into crunchy goodness.
