Larry Corsa has the info up on his new guitars.
C*V Guitars - Corsa LCPG Guitars
I became a fan of his Faded Standard Conversions a little too late to get one.
Anybody have one of his new C*V guitars?
    Details?

    Hey guys,

Raul here, and no, I'm not Larry, I just work with him on the marketing side.

We are a forum sponsor, but the new guitars are getting sold just as soon as Larry finishes them so I haven't had a chance to advertise them on the board yet.
I think one of the new Corsa LCPGs was sold to a forum member, so maybe he'll pop in with his thoughts on it.

LCPG P008 is currently available, and there will be a few "in process" guitars that will be on the site soon. Check the website for more details.

I saw a vid of him demoing some of the latest. They sound like a million bucks, but superficial swine that I am, I wouldn't be able to get along with that headstock.

Personally, I love the headstock. Second only to an open book.

Check the web photos and you'll see that Larry is making them himself - by hand - in america!! and choosing the woods.

That's a good price for a handmade guitar. Good luck with the venture. Seems they're selling well so far.

    Guys,
Having had the luck to find LCPG-174 all I can say to the headstock objectors is, if you play one for 10 minutes I'll bet the headstock will cease to be an issue. Larry has absolutely figured out the right combination of factors that make for exquisite tone and getting a Corsa with a low S/N would be a wise move...

Sweet guitar. And price can't be touched for a luthier built guitar IMHO

Raul, maybe you can explain this to me.

I'm a bit confused with the numbering system Larry is using. Obviously the Peter Green moded Gibsons were numbered LCPG-001, LCPG-002, etc. The Peter Green inspired builds he is now doing look to have started at P001 through P009. The uncompleted guitars are listed as RE-1 through RE-7.

Are the RE guitars different than the P guitars? It isn't super clear. I'm interested picking one up (although I missed out on RE-5, my favorite!) but I wanted a little clarity first.

    Hi James,
That's a good question, I can see how that might be confusing.

The RE numbers is just for "in process" guitars that can be reserved. (RE = reserve) Once they're finished, they will be numbered like the others with a P010, P011, etc.
Larry just uses the RE as a temporary number. They will be numbered sequentially depending on when they're completed.

OK, makes sense. It might make more sense to say what number they will be once they are finished.

Looks like I will be waiting for the next batch as none of the remaining ones are speaking to me.

    Thanks for clarifying.
