Haven't seen one of these here in a while - let's see what basses you all are rocking. No baritones, unless they're tuned correctly like the Fender VI.

I'll post the first pic NBD for me - Pedulla Thunderbass ET 4. been to sick to really enjoy it yet so far, but in the little time I've had with it I'm very excited. It's that type of bass that makes you want to bring it with you to practice in your spare moments. I don't normallh go for zebra wood, Ill say it, but everything else about the bass made it attractive to me. Love the tone it imparts as well. The neck on this thing is the nicest Ive ever played in a 4 string.
    probably naming this one "oblongata".

It's not too clear but the Jazz bass is a Fender Gold on Gold from the '80s.
    It's a beauty.

Even though I really don't play bass, I had about 8 basses up until last year.

I decided I needed more guitars and less basses.

    I'm down to 2, and I think that's all I really need .

I got both of these for amazing prices.

My '74 Jazz Bass that I picked up in a pawnshop for $64.64 back in '08, and my '90 MIJ '57 RI P- bass I picked up for $125 also in a pawnshop back in '12.

    Here are both my beauties.

Thanks Gary. I'm very proud of that one.

That's a once in a lifetime find, so I'll never let this one go.:D

Dan-o reish Longhorn, parts P-bass, '76 Univox neck-thru 4001 and the Fenderbird. Sometime this year I'll get my '61 transition EB-0 restored too.

I just started playing bass a few months ago, but am totally hooked. Only have one bass at the moment, but that will change with the new year and a guitar/amp sell off. Love laying down the low end, makes the guitar feel small and inconsequential.

Never mind the idiot holding it, remember, its all about the BASS, LOL!

This has been my number 1 for about 30 years now.

I've had Ricks and Fenders but this covers em all for me.

Guild Advanced Pilot SB-950 in solid tiger stripe maple, ebony fret board and active Bartolini's.

Has a J-bass like neck and feel to it.

This one is stamped Made in USA from when they used to be.

The factory and brand is long gone (I know Fender bought the name, but Dearmond basses are not even in the same league).

    Literately irreplaceable.

Here's a quick picture of my little collection.

The Epi is giving me some problems at the moment, I'm getting weird vibrations on the E and A string. Got it used for 150€ a couple weeks ago.
Other than that its really nice, short scale makes it very easy to play. :thumb:

The LTD is the most underrated instrument I have ever held in my hands, no exaggeration. Neck through, nice woods, beautiful Ebony fretboard - yet you find almost no reviews or anything about it online :hmm:
