    This seller has quite a few guitars from a well known Chinese counterfeiting website.

    https://www.ebay.co.uk/usr/akinguitars?_trksid=p2047675.l2559

    He states they are not counterfeit. In fact they are "remake of original Les Paul Epiphone or Gibsons produced by manufacturers."

    Here's a link to the Epiphone Les Paul that he is selling.

    https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Epiphone...301695?hash=item3afb2f90ff:g:OkAAAOSwXPNaOqLR

    Please report this seller to Gibson (even though it will probably fall on deaf ears).

    This guy needs to be shut down.

    I don't think I've ever seen a volute on a fake yet. Looks OK to me but wait for paruwi to drop by.

    Thanks paruwi. The seller has removed the fake Gibsons but has now changed the location of the Epis from China to London. That's quite a suspicious thing to do.

    Just needed your opinion on this whether this Epi is real or fake? Never seen a model like this.

    I'm not sure, for sure you are right.... but this looks terrible to my eyes. If it's legit, it's the worse legit guitar I've ever seen in my life....Also never seen this model. I honestly think it's a fake. I see there is nothing right with that guitar.
    Body shape is looking soooo wrong, that cutaway, the horn, the shoulder, that plate too. Pots alignment are also looking funny, bridge angle is wrong, neck pup is angled. Inlays are all angled and misaligned, also never seen this neck with trapezoids. Headstock, logo and decal...also are a punch in my face....

    I see nothing matching to this;

    I'm interested in both of these guitars. They look genuine to me. I just wanted to get a second opinion from somebody here.

    Thank you.
