This is how I have set my tele bridge. Compensated saddles for 1st, 2nd, 5th and 6th strings and regular for 3rd and 4th. I use a wound G string set (Rotos 12-52). Anybody else does that?

You have some crazy random space between those strings. :)

PS: I use all 3 compensated on my Tele. Impossible intonation with stock saddles.

Picture angle gives an exaggerated impression. Also, I just had new strings on so spacing slightly off
Do you use a wound 3rd?

I use D'Addario XL110w on my Tele - .010s with a woud G - but it has the 6-barrel-saddle bridge, so intonation is not a probalem.

The compensated saddles that are simply drilled off-angle can be turned around upside down to slant the opposite direction (just thread the height-adjust posts through the opposite direction and flip the saddle over 180°). That way, you can get them to do this (ASCII art time!):

    \---
    \---
    -\--

    instead of:

    \---
    -/--
    --\-
