Guys I am looking for some help with the T-Rex line of delay pedals. I emailed T-Rex but they never replied..........

Anyway I am looking for a delay pedal and I really want to know what the real world differences are between the Replica and Reptile? In addition can either be set up to provide a chorus effect?

    They're two completely different pedals.

The Replica has one footswitch for delay on/off and one for tap tempo. There's NO modulation (chorus) and the effect can be controlled through midi if you have a more complex setup.

The Reptile has one footswitch for delay on/off and one for modulation on/off. No tap tempo, no midi.

No, there's modulation as well. :) Or chorus, if you like.
The Reptile runs the repeats through a chorus pedal.
    The Replica has no modulation.

Have you ever tried out a Vox Time Machine???
I hear it's as good as a replica but at a lower cost than the T-Rex.

Not tried the VOX. I am leaning toward the T-REX because everyone I speak to thinks they are the best they have tried.

If you are willing to spend that cash on a delay I would suggest you check out the empress superdelay or the diamond memory lane. Way better pedals than the T-Rex IMO (I know Gilmour used a Replica on the last tour, but you get better tone from the other pedals :thumb:)
