    Hi!
I just got this cool little amp in a swap deal :)

It didn't come with the tremolo footswitch, and a normal footswitch doesn't seem to work... Who can tell me how the Supro footswitch works? I'm too stingy to buy a Supro one...;)

Nice amp! I played one of those at my local store and it was awesome - had a Dual Tone already so it would have been somewhat of a "luxury" purchase and I resisted ...

I used a boggo Marshall one-button latching foot switch with my Dual Tone and it worked fine, can't imagine the BM would be any different.

I've "traded up" to the Thunderbolt Plus now - 35/45/60W but that same great Supro tone. Love it!!

OK. I'll try it again. Doesn't like my Soldano FS!

Well, sticking in a regular guitar cable and shorting it works, so a regular FS should work too! Thanks tolm!

It doesn't like footswitches with LEDs! I've ordered one without from Thomann - we'll see how that works!

I think tolm meant this one ;)

It's fairly simplistic, but you can get some good tone out of it, particularly if you use an ABY pedal!

Which store? Absolute Music in Poole. Don't think they carry Supros regularly: they had a Black Magick, Coronado and something else in for a while but I had to special order my Thunderbolt and they don't seem to have refreshed their stock. They said they had trouble selling them at a decent profit - very popular amps but so many retailers cutting the prices on them.
