What year? The Bigsby was recently added.

Not to be mistaken with his 'number 3' goldtop, a 1969 Deluxe that was later routed for humbuckers. He used it on the Temple Of The Dog - Hunger Strike video. In the video it still has the mini-humbucker neck pickup.

The truss rod cover is pretty far away from the nut is some of those pics. I see a lot of 58's like that. My GUESS is it's a 58:hmm: But there is a lot of variation in burst building back in those days.

Low logo. Script is in a weird spot in that last picture. Also looks like it's missing in the first picture at the very top.

If it's 50s, then at latest it's a '57. Could be a conversion. Super hard to tell.

I know Stone and Mike play their vintage Lesters as they should be and Stone must have added the Bigsby to make the guitar more to his needs, but why the heck would you add a Bigsby to a vintage Lester now??

I realize that this is an old thread, and the post that I quoted is almost two years old, but wanted to assure you that no kittens were killed in the mounting of that Bigsby, nor were there any extra holes drilled. If you look closely, you can see that the Bigsby was mounted using a Vibramate, as shown here (which requires no extra holes):
