Now its back up. It was down at 1:15.

Are you referring to using the term Standard Historic in the title?

looks like someone sent him the memo . @4:39 pm that's not in the listing ,
Although some of it is weird , imo

    And I quote .....
"2014 R9 in Sunset Tea all correct spec piece. At this point I am playing acoustic. It is hanging on on the wall. Expensive art for me.

There are light color marks on the headstock that were there when I received the piece. They come straight off the top of the " i and b " in the Gibson logo. Likely from an aggressive VOS process. It is strung with 11-49's. Very light marks on the top from my fingers around controls and PU selector. These could be buffed out if you wanted. No buckle rash or gouges. Many sellers would list it as excellent.

Photos don't do it justice. Yellowish binding with aniline dye bleeding into it. Three plus years of proper light, usage and humidity. It is killer. Hot hide glue, long tenon neck, period correct aniline dye, etc.. Purchased new in 2014. No gigging. Stored in climate controlled non-smoking home. Weighs in at 8# 7 oz or less. Incredible tone, sound and singing sustain "

Got them sandpaper fingers , do ya ???

    Damn

I haven't seen that situation on the headstock before. No way that's from VOS process. Anybody know what that is?
