I still play mine, but not as much as some of my other guitars. It really should be my main guitar as it plays better than 95% of what I own.

Sometimes I have trouble with my RG550, because it has the Wizard 1 neck that's super skinny. The neck on my Jem is pretty darn close to perfect for me, so I never have trouble with that.

All of my other Ibanez guitars have fatter necks (similar to Gibson 60's necks), so they're pretty comfortable.

I'm going to have to raise the guitar strap to Morello level, I think. But it's too purty and too much of a screamer to sit on the sidelines....

Yeah, I forgot about that. Raising mine up usually helps.

Vernon Reid plays with his up high, too. At least he did back in the day.

The thing I dont like about Ibanez is the flatness of the neck. Ironically I have my Ibanez hanging the lowest out of all my guitars. becomes a pain sometimes

I can hang my fatter neck ones low, but my RG needs to be up high.

For me, it's just a weird feeling, because it's the only one I need to wear up high, so I don't play it as often.

Even though my Jem has a thinner neck, it's not as thin as the RG, so I can even wear that one low.

With the rest of the girls:

1986 Roadstar II RG140 in red (obviously :)). Feels great but especially the single coil pickups are pretty weak and will be changed at some point. Not the best vibrato bridge in the world either, sadly...

Hi, this is my first time on this site so please bear with me!
I'm not very good at playing the guitar, but I keep trying. A while back I acquired an Ibañez electric guitar and I would like to know exactly what I've got.
    Please can you help?

You will find the real experts on this in this section: Other Les Pauls - MyLesPaul.com

Good luck, and that's a good looking guitar you have!

Another Ibanez, sort of. This is a project. I just got an RG321 neck for it. Alder 540p/skolnick. Really light hardtail.

Late 70's lawsuit Les Paul copy. Great guitars.

Man, I really love this guitar. It requires some labour to play this Ibanez 2350 (Les Paul) Custom because of the tiny frets. But the tone is brilliant!
