Frustrated by the ineffective search engine here? Me too! Use google instead! Here's how:

    1. Open the native google home page in your browser "www.google.com"

    2. enter your search term, using the following syntax:

    search term site:www.mylespaul.com

    3. Example:

    sg plans site:www.mylespaul.com

    4. Voila!

Great thread - it should be a sticky! There's so much information on this site that people just don't know how to look for, so they start threads asking questions, which simply adds to the mess.

    Thanks for this!!!:thumb:

You can narrow it down even further. Say you only want results from the Luthier's Corner regarding SG Specials.

    1. Click on the Luthier's Corner.
    2. Copy the address out of your browser's address bar.
    3. Search as OP suggested, but use the copied address for the site.
    4. ???
    5. Profit!!!

    For example: sg special site:www.mylespaul.com/forums/luthiers-corner

Totally forgot about this. Very useful and to-the-point results when you use the Google engine in this manner.
