Dude I paid asking price! Didn't even haggle (can you imagine) and then they gave me 25% off for being a senior.:laugh2:
It was just the right place at the right moment. A picture of the back of the guitar as they put the sticker on it and put it on that rack, another pic as I moved (ran) to the other aisle to grab it.

This one has some electric issues, neck pickup non func at the moment. Will be either a quick fix or an upgrade.:naughty:

I've had a couple MIK Epis. Something about those Korean necks. Always nice. Pickups, not remarkable bad or good, but always very serviceable in my opinion.

    Thanks for checking it out!

The S.A. gives that because they know they will get most of your stuff back for free from your kids in a few years.

    Because you're old.

Man I've been wanting to do a Clapton cut explorer for a while. If I made a score like this I'd be trying out my bandsaw skills.

    Something like this:

I think the Clapton cut destroys much of what makes an Explorer an Explorer.

If you have to get out the saw, go all-in and do an EVH. ;)

I really dig the lines, I don't even know why but I love the look. If I get a steal on one we'll find out, but I'm not chopping up the one I have now ... I think Eddie's is hideous though, just sayin.
