Quit screwing with the Les Paul, Henry J !

    Henry is at it again ... the Newest Les Paul customers are coming with a Built in Distortion circuit that is run with a 9v battery . Its called the Burstbucker .... Leave well enough alone Henry you greedy bastard ,,, All you are doing is making my Les Paul and other owners of quality Les Pauls worth a whole lot more .
    Just read this on Yahoo news ,,, The Gain and tone can be adjusted on the back of the guitar with a pick or a small screwdriver .... An urgent call came in from the 2015 Les Pauls with the automatic tuners .... They said to tell Henry he is mucking up the water in the guitar business ,,, Retire now Henry J ... Leave the Les Paul alone !

    Sorry Folks ,, Its called the Burstdriver . I was in a hurry to get that post out before that damn advertisement for a Free Visa card popped up on my screen ,,, I have tried every suggestion to get it off my tablet .
    I screwed that post up faster than Henry J with a Les Paul !! Oops .

    So, basically you can pretty much voice your own pickups using those controls?
    That might actually be pretty cool.

    If you are gigging a variety of songs, I could see that being a PITA without proper knobs. Meh.

    Most people use their amps/control knobs to dial in their tone. But, I guess that would probably be too easy?

    I won't knock this until I've had a chance to try it. I doubt it would be popular if Fender had come up with it, bt I doubt there'd be any butt hurt either.

    I'm actually enjoying the G-Force that came on my 2015 and wish I had the newer version with the better locking tuners.

    And often at least one pedal.

    Have we learnt nothing? The guitar industry needs less knobs! Not more!


    and jeez...amps have had these controls since the dawn of time! I guess unless you really need to plug your $6K Historic through a solid state PA? Wow, sign me up!

    A fuzz circuit would be even better. The upside for me is.... I wouldn't be that inclined to grab it and run off to the pawn shop or GC when jonesing
