    he's pretty cool!
He'd rather do title changes than deal with an inbox full of 'like button' requests, LOL!

That reminds me of a Christmas story.

A long time ago, our family was meeting at mom and dad's house for Xmas morning. My brother had a flat tire, but his wife and kids were in another car and already at the house.

So he called with the flat tire explanation. My sister in-law blurts out "Have David go down there and change the tire! He loves to work on cars!"

Right. That's what I live for; changing tires on the freeway on Xmas morning.

But if the OP wants a name change for the thread, there are four mods here; any one of them can do it.

And I'll do it if the OP asks me to. Original Poster, just tell me what you want the title changed to, and I'll be happy to oblige.

I can't believe that people who are supposed to have an interest in vintage Les Pauls didn't know it was Tom Wittrock in the first place? And that was a typical response from d1m1 or whatever his name is. Done it many times before.

    Huh?

I'm not too sure about that...unless you know something we don't. I've read a lot of Tom Wittrock's posts on the other forum, and none of them read (like English isn't his first language) like the posts from the OP.

you can edit the thread title on your own, I just found out how to do it, not self explaining though.

Go to the initial posting, find the button thread tools (check picture below) pulldown will open, click edit thread title then edit the thread title, save changes, solved

I guess you are mixing Tom Wittrock with Tom Wilson, which is the burst owner of the OP collection.

    Cool!

Now I'm confused, I'm not sure if it's the guitar I thought it was. I have fague memory of a burst with almost diagonal, heavy, very wide flame. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Might actually be this one but I can't recall.

I don't believe OP is Wittrock.

j2tgw's grammar, punctuation, and syntax are rather poor; Tom Wittrock's messages on LPForum, however, are not. Seems like he'd also have the humor/thick skin to not get all bothered about some guy calling him out. Why would he care?

Also, Wittrock uploads photos of vintage guitars all the time on LPForum - but claims he didn't know how to in the OP?

That's good. Because we know it's not Wittrock. Ignore the sarcastic posts.
