Post Pictures Of Your SG's ! Simple, eh?
These pics were taken when I first got it so obviously those stickers on the pickups are long gone.
Oh, boy! An excuse to take more pics! I'll be with you guys soon!
'05 Historic '62 Custom Authentic (pre-VOS)
'07 EDS-1275 (Not really an SG, but I'm a whore.)
I need some good sunshine pics...
I think mine IS a two piece, but it's off center! Unless the grain runs that way, and the flash is bringing it out..
Just looking at it, I can't find a seam anywhere?!? The flash does strange things to all of my guitars...
That guitar you put together is cool, though!
I can't tell where the seams are on the G-400. Anyone care to point out? Maybe its a one peice Epi
Here's my 1969 SG Std. It's not a re-issue, it's a true vintage 69. It's in good company with my 03 Custom Artic White Flying V and my 07 R8 VOS Les Paul.
Killer '69, bro!
Thanks bro, she's very special to me... you would not believe what I paid for it. OK, are you ready???? $60.00 from a guy I worked with way back in the early 80's and get this, it didn't have T-Tops either, it had the early PAT # pickups which are practically PAFs!
I just ordered a Epi g400 the other day. I can NOT wait to get it! Anything bad about it i should be aware of?
Custom US Masters, made to my spec.
That's very nice! I love the sharper horns, and deeper contours!
It's PERFECT. I had it built with WB GregWinds, and it kills.
Very nice axe Greg, glad to have you back! how were your vacations?
They are neck heavy, and if you have never had an SG, DO NOT pick it up by the strap alone. It will cause the body to flip, so the face points toward the ground, and if the strap falls out under the neck, well you will crack the headstock. Other than that they are great. I love mine because its so light, and so easy to control. If I wanna play moving around a lot its easy! A lot easier than the LP. BTW what finish are you getting?
