Always a pleasure to see gorgeous Les Pauls, shoot me with your keeper LPs, I will kick off:naughty:

2003 Braz R9 that I got from Rudi, best sounding hard maple LP, put in SD Joe Bonamassa Pickups, love it, reminds me of the previous owner too.

    1998 Yamano R9
This popped up at late night and I jumped off bed to get the pics and made payment, zero mark of usage, sounded unforgettable right out of the box(all stock). Made me wonder if there was magic in 90’s 57 classic or workmanship.

    Now its your turn.:dude:

This is as close as I get to calling something a keeper. It's a 2007 R9 that I got from forum member reswot a few years ago. He had sent it off to Historic Makeovers for the RDS treatment. If you look up his classifieds thread, I think I was the first person to respond and I was definitely smitten. Pic from when I first got it...

    TY! It sounds GIGANTIC!!!!!

It's really big sounding, with lots of bottom end and very loud in a good way. It has lollars, not sure which but probably his original PAFs, with great pots/caps, as mentioned above. I bought it from a friend who has a huge vintage collection and who rarely owns new guitars. He kept this one and my '02 R8 in the pics above for years because both were great sounding.

He put real PAFs in it to photograph and to mimic this guitar
    57GTB.jpg

which is a real '57, obviously refinished. I'll try to find the pictures. After the photos he found the lollars sounded better than the PAFs, so he put the Lollars back in the reissue!!

It's really a GREAT sounding guitar.

I've had a few others but sold them to buy a '68 Marshall stack. This one was pretty exceptional looking and was a feather, 7.5 lbs. It sounded great too but couldn't compare with my R8, R7 & the soapbar custom.

I also have this '88 Custom, not a "reissue" but was based on the PAF customs

Here's the soapbar custom and R7 again for $h!t$ and giggles...

    My 2001 R9.
An ex-Mick Ralphs guitar I bought from Mark's quite a few years ago.
When HM first started, I had them replace the truss rod and install a braz board, no refinishing.
I've done quite a few mods to it, Voodoo 59 pickups, wireless ABR1 on Stainless posts, real bees, etc.

I love this guitar, it's still my #1.

My 2010 R7, bought it new from Eddie's Guitars in the USA when our dollars were on PAR.
8lbs even, nick chunky neck but not too big, has full beaautiful sound and for the last 2 years or so sports 2 - DiMarzio 36th Anniversary PAFs in DOuble Cream (sorry this is an old pic when I first got it)!

While it's not the first one I had, this one is the next best thing. 2006 Yamano R7 all hog(1 of 20 ever made, one piece hog). Had a close call the other week and thought I had to sell but alas it stayed home.

OBX351.... I had a 01 all hog R7 that is the twin to yours. Two piece hog body though, but it was a fantastic instrument.

These two R8s ('12 on left, '16 on right) and the WH-335. I got these set up and playing to my personal perfection. If I had more disposal $$$ I might be tempted to flip but I typically keep what I buy. It's just a matter of enough GASX to not buy more! :run::run:
