    Hi,

I'm new to the forum and the Epiphone Les Paul world. Just picked up a cheap Epi Les Paul on a sale at a price too hard to resist :) There were no specific information about it. I checked the serial number (I02101139) on the guitardater site which tells the following:

Your guitar was made at the
    Saein Plant, Korea,
    on October, 2002
    Production Number: 1139

I assume this is a Les Paul Standard. But it would be nice to know for sure what model it is and what the color is called. Is there any way to tell which model it is from the serial number?
