Frank you dawg!! That is great! I see you're getting in on the vintage pieces now. I can't believe you want to refin that cherry DC.. I love TV yellow too but that is a nice faded DC.

I can't wait to see what you do with that stripped GT man! Congrats!!

Thanks, John! The DC was completely stripped of all its cherry finish, and a clear coat of lacquer was applied. So no original finish remains. That's why I'm considering doing it over in TV yellow now. We'll see.

This guy was pretty kool, had a pretty decent vintage DCJR for sale. Did anyone buy that from him?

Performing Artist Chuck Hammer stopped by the MyLesPaul Booth.
Chuck has become a good friend of the MyLesPaul Forum, and we appreciate
him dropping by the Booth for a visit. While he was here, he took Flick's
"Hillbilly Burst" for a little spin. Here's some video. Thanks, Chuck!

I had the same thought about the Trident guitars right next to the MLP booth. Looked decent, US made, new company...picked one up and played it...nothing.

I also enjoyed pricing out some block inlay vintage 335s. Maybe I will be able to indulge myself at the next show. :naughty:
