Thinking of getting a Pigtail music ABR bridge and stop tail piece, any advantage to going with the longer vintage length studs? Or should I just get the Historic cut versions? Anyone using them?

...I am using Pigtails studs in my R8,vintage in my R0 and vintage in my Classic...I suggest going with vintage length with the studs...a slight improvement in tone...

I thought they were cut to fit (Historic cut for historics etc) That's what I got from talking with Steve. I have a TP and an AL ABR too. All killa!

There is a cut to fit Historic option on the Pigtail studs.
Steve will cut them approx 1/8" so they won't bottom out in Historics.
This is how I get mine.
As far as tonal differences go well,I don't feel there really is one.
Not everyoone srews the TP all the way down.
I do that's why I want them cut to fit.YMMV.
