Is that the same wah donor Bugg?
Nah this is another one. The one you're thinking of is now a Shin Ei Fuzz Wah.
Finally finished these up. I just realized I never posted them here.
Is there a place or website where i can find some Easy to read schematics?
Like this one
this website is pretty awesome. not sure if it qualifies as easy to read though.
Guitar FX Layouts
There's this one too: La Révolution Deux
This one seems to be somewhat off the radar...
Guitar FX Layouts
These aren't bad either:
Layouts | SabroTone
Some of them are huge...Harold does some crazy stuff with stripboard
Thanks for the tips! Im starting my Tonebender Mk 1 build tomorrow, excited!
Those are called "Turret boards" or "Eyelet boards", you may want to include that in any searches.
Cool man, looking forward to seeing how it turns out! Just out of pure curiosity, what are you using for transistors?
I built one a few months back for Snare, we just bit the bullet and ordered a matched set from Smallbear.
Haven't posted a pedal build for a while so here goes....
This has been sitting around for a while and finally finished it today.
The white side is a Lovepedal Woodrow (a cranked tweed 5E3 sound) and the purple side is a Jordon Vico Vibe (a sweet tremolo like on the old Fender amps). The left white knob is an on/off for the tremolo, and the footswitch is the on/off for the dirt. Both work independently.
It's like having an old Fender Deluxe in a box
Need to work on some decals now...
Just finished these enclosures - now for the real work!
Finished up the Blusbreaker - messed up the graphics so Volume and Gain are reversed. No biggie.
Has some teething issues - firstly no signal in bypass so re flowed the joints in the 3pdt and that fixed it. Then the gain (volume) pot was acting weird - less than unity and cut out when almost fully clockwise. Turned out I had switch round the wires to lugs 1 and 2.
Once those issues were fixed it worked perfectly. Actually has more volume than the original I used to own. Sounds pretty similar though - if anything has a bit more balls
Looks good, B!
I'm actually really pleased with it - i was jamming today with it and it sounds great - sounds very like my old MK1 Bluesbreaker i had except there is more volume on tap.
Plus no noise as well.
This is a 2:55 one guitar one take recording to show the BuggFX Daydream pedal. The settings I had it on are the same as pictured. This sounds pretty amazing to me!
cool, any idea which mode that was?
