I while back I started a project on my Les Paul to put in one of those Black Ice Overdrives. I installed a push/pull pot, and am now ready to install the overdrive. I'm not wanting to spend the $27 bucks to get the Black Ice, so I found this website Project Guitar :: Black Ice Over Drive and am wanting to try this out instead.

So my question is how would I go about wiring the up? I have the push pull pot installed in the bridge pickup tone's control. I want to be able to pull the pot out and have the overdrive on, and push it in to bypass it. Is there anyway I could wire this to do it? If so where do I solder the diodes onto the pot? Also is it possible to solder two of these diodes to have a more overdriven effect? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
