that is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!
That must've been insanely loud
I love seeing loud full stacks distort the video.
Very cool ! Both of those amps rule and I bet that was insanely loud !!!!
If all goes as planned, I'll be picking up a 72 pics only Orange OR 80 after work tonight ! I'll do a separate thread if I do I had a 74 OR 120, but sold it because I have the 70's gt 120 matamp and honestly even though my bands are REALLY loud, it was just too much. It stayed clean until the Vol knob was dimed and while at that volume it sounded killer, soundmen and band mates would shit LOL. I usually had to run it really low and hit it with a fuzz.( would still be LOUD ) I'll be interested in hearing what the OR 80 is like, I've been wanting one for years
........just had a listen. That would have to be one of the worst sounding Videos I have ever heard of these Amps cranked.
It wasn’t even music it was just bad discordant noise.
Here is a way better demo of a cranked Hiwatt, with great playing & a great rocking tune.
I hope you already had children...
I can't be in the same room with either the Jubilee, or the CS 50 cranked through their 4x12s. Way too much feedback.
Now with my Hotplate...
Differ strokes for different folks, I think you are in the wrong room...
That’s a doom sound, and those that like it, LOVE IT!
.........you are right........that clip is completely doomed.
Thats a compliment.
C`mon guys, all the other demos for any guitar amp are just blues/rock/metal , its okay to have just one little and crazy vid among them all
Absolutely! I hate demos where no chords are played
“Check out my cool amp, twiddly diddly diddly MEEEEEOOOOOW”
I like doom and stoner stuff, but that was non-musical blechh. Give me some Earthless or Witch or KYUSS or Dozer or...
Were you using one as a slave unit?
My momma always told me....
.... “if you don’t have anything good to say, don’t say anything at all”.....
....so I’m not saying anything at all!
All those bands you mentioned slay. The tones from the OP are more droney like you'd find from the band sunn o))). Not really something I'd listen to everyday and not for everyone, but I'd love to experience them live. Although Greg Anderson's other band Goatsnake rules.
Benchmark 4-input Hiwatt Tone when cranked.Nice!
