Not sure where to post it ....I thought the ebay forum...then the Luthier Form and the vintage section...

No affiliation with this seller, but it would be cool to see this get redone...What a complete disaster!

    "Skil-Saw"!

That's what I think when I'm thinking about repairing a guitar.

The seller should also add a case of this to the sale:

Saw that disaster. The wood was probably water logged from a flood and swollen around the pickups.

I thought long and hard about bidding... it would've looked so cool on the wall in my office.

Some insane person paid over $500 for that pile of junk. I like a nice, old guitar as much as the next person, but this vintage stuff gets pretty ridiculous sometimes. The $500 vintage poker chips and stuff boggles my mind.

Yeah, but with a few weeks work and a 1000$ or so, it will be worth his 500$

I actually bid up to $400 on it. Thought it would be fun to piece back together, and certainly good experience. The reserve was never met when I bid, so I figured the guy wanted a fortune. Kinda wish I had bid that extra hundred
