Great tones and great playing here guys!
A little blues with my EBMM Luke 3. Internal 15db boost and an AXE FX2 Dual Reverb preset straight out of the box.
Did this today
Totally dug it, Brother. I love the little noise nuances of your playing.
Couldn't access, Brother. Do you have a Sound Cloud or Box version?
You like that string noise Cherry? Listen to this. EBMM Majesty on full Piezo. Quite an incredible instrument I have to say.

You know, one of the coolest things about this thread (after hearing other peep's playing) is that it exposes me to styles I would otherwise not hear. This is a terrific case in point. As always, BRAVO
HOLY SCHI-MOLY Not only did I get to hear some AMAZING playing, but I got to see what you was a doin'.
Why thank you Cherry. You will never hear me play a cover from the 80s. Nothing wrong with that of course.. But in my mind, there is so much more music to explore why would I want to go back 40 years to find it..
I hear you; covers from the '70s would be better
Seriously, I am awe struck by your creativity. I'm trying to create my own stuff, but it always sounds like variations of the pentatonic. Lots of times I have licks in my head, but when I sit down to try and bring them in to fruition, I seem to freeze or something.
I also come up with some riffs that I like, but I can never really convert them in to anything more than just isolated random riffs.
But it's all good because I just enjoy playing.
Thank you Cherry. We are all in search of the same thing. That feeling we get when we hit it right and all the best notes come out. Guitar Center has the best saying. "We sell the best feeling on earth"
What you are hearing in that smooth piece is simply a G Mixolydian scale with an E minor and C minor Pentatonic thrown in for spice. Call me today around 6pm my time. I have some ideas for you.
I'll try and give you a ring, Brother.
Thank you brother! I appreciate the kind words!
My first run through of the bonus backing track for March...
Listen to Major General Minors by DotStudio #np on #SoundCloud
A few stumbles, but a great track to mess around with
REALLY SWEET, gave me a few goose bumps here and there! You're using your tube amp? How do you add that to the backing track? I'm guessing that you mic it and have some sort of recording software?
Yeah, I used my strat through the mic'd 15 Watt combo plugged into a Scarlett 2i2. I used Ableton Lite for the recording (free with the 2i2).
Wow, that was with a low priced Monoprice 15 watter?!!!! Amazing. It sounded really, really good. Great playing.
Direct recorded my 12 string and here's some playing over top
Awesome. A hell of a job right there...
Thank you sir
It's amazing what you can get for not much money these days.
