Leu scores a Gretch!
The Elk Boys latest acquisition, a 1993 R9.
What a top!
It was really great to meet everybody! A good time shared with some great guys! Thank you for a great show!
It was great meeting and talking with you tag!
And drooling over your guitars, lol.
This years show was one of the best I have ever seen. Everything about it was really cool. From hanging out with the boys in the booth, to getting to meet a few new faces, it was just a great all around show. Johnny Hiland was ripping it up in the MSSC booth and in the shows he was doing. One of the nicest fella's you would ever like to meet. It was great hanging out everyone.
I got the most ridiculous deal ever on that Gretsch. Right place right time, I've been looking at these for a few years now!
Great to see everybody again! Sorry about the silent exit, had shit to tend to. Until next time!
Had a blast at the show today. Larry Wexer's Bigsby Mandolin blew my mind!
Had a blast as always... MLPF members are some of the nicest people on the net!!
So tough walking that show without a nice little wad in my pocket.
I had a great time at the show! I love you MLP guys, but I just had to spend most of my time at the MSSC booth with Matt, Dave, Bill, AND JOHNNY FREAKING HILAND!
Hey, Bigsby'd, I actually told Larry about you on Friday, knowing that you were planning on being there, and figuring you'd really like that one. I told him I'd bring you over to him, if you hadn't already seen that Mandolin yet. I saw that at the Arlington show, too, and in spite of all the great guitars there, I thought it was the coolest thing at the show. I assume you made it to the MLP booth? I'm not sure I got to meet you (or if I did, I didn't realize it was you).
Well, I ran out of the house for this one and forgot my camera, so here's the only photo I got at the MLP booth at this fall's Guitar show:
L-R: Victor, me, BB and Artie.
Another great show and booth, thanks you guys so much for all the hard work!
Oh, also these guys were doin' some serious shreddin':
There was some good jamming going on! I especially enjoyed the MLP rendition of Train, Train by Blackfoot. Vocals and all!
Hey Tag, it was great meeting you this weekend, man. I also wanted to say thank you for bringing that awesome Burst and Goldtop with you. I could not believe the condition of both pieces. Just beautiful.
Thank you Bear! It was great meeting you too!
Tee hee....no pics of my ugly ass!
The booth was cool, everyone was cool, Leo's amp was cool....Just a great time with great folks.
Whew! For a minute there, I thought you were going to show a video of his ugly ass!
