Awesome score, Bossaddict! You know how much I LOVE these guitars. Glad to see you making the big move no matter now many axes it cost you! Sweeeet!

Bet yours would love my Friedman Dirty Shirley. '61 SG/LP + DS = BLISS :)

I just ordered a Friedman. I agonized over the DS or SB and after flip-flopping multiple times, ended up going for the Small Box.

Thanks to everyone for all the kind words!

You can't go wrong with either -- both OUTSTANDING amps!

I debated as well and ultimately went with the DS because I'm playing more blues and Tele stuff these days, and less higher gain -- but again, they're both amazing!

Check out this DS clip with a Tele -- that's the sound I've been loving --

Rest assured -- the '61 SG/LP loves Friedman amps big time!

Thanks! Yes, this one is a keeper and that is a rare thing in my lineup. :D

Probably my favorite guitar that I own.

    Just measured them...

Exactly 8.00 for both the bridge and neck.

Nice, should overdrive nicely as it's not too hot. Mine are 7.64 Bridge and 7.59 neck. I'd prefer mine to be in the 7.9 range actually but oh well. When I play this thru an amp with more power (then attenuated down) they sound WAY better. If I'm only relying on preamp distortion then sometimes they can sound a bit less punchy but are still very reactive to picking nuances.
