When this 59 Vintage Thin Skin Strat in Sonic Blue popped up at GuitarsCanada a short while ago, it immediately fired up my GAS. The thin skin finish, the chunkier neck, the 6105 frets and the 9.5” radius all combine to make this the closest thing to my ideal Strat spec.

Anyway, I think I’m set for guitars for the time being :D

Now I’m just having trouble deciding whether to play the Strat or the Gretsch I picked up yesterday (I’m alternating).

My guitar wall is full! Maybe I need a bigger wall?

Thanks all. After a couple of weeks with this Strat I find I am reaching for it more and more when I walk up to the guitar wall. I still give my PRS the most love, but this Strat is comfortable and the neck profile is growing on me. It's thinner at the nut than the PRS, but maybe thicker at the 12th...I'll have to measure. This guitar sounds fantastic, too. Well, as fantastic as I can make a guitar sound, that is :thumb:
