Just before I left my home yesterday, this came through my door! :fingersx:

They all say it's a 2 weeks wait time for a new pair of OX4, but mine arrived less than 2 weeks:applause: Mark is really responsive and wind the awesome pickups fast!

Heard all the good things about OX4 pickups here, also watched and drooled on the youtube videos (especially the "Duane Sizzle" one....... you know which video I'm talking about:naughty: ) Man I always thought my R8 sounded good with the burstbuckers......... Now my R8 is lusting for a pair of OX4:drool:

And Last week I couldn't wait anymore and decided to talk to Mark. After a email conversation about my requirements and PAYPAL! £225 well spent. :slash:

Wanted to get the smoothness but less compression from the Hot Duane set so I ordered a pair of less output Hot Duane with double white and aged covers. Cool Duane?

Looking forward to put the pickups in my R8........... Will update the thread as I get my guitar to my tech to install the pickups:thumb:

Here's a sneak peak of my new love (with clothes on) :naughty:

Yep, you've certainly started close to or at the top of the heap there.

    Great choice!!

I´m kinda wondering what you mean by less output Hot Duane.. Wouldn´t that be the same as the regular wind then? Or do they differ in some other way??
