So I finally pulled the trigger. Right now Im going straight into effects loop on my 5153 into Marshal 4x12. Sounds Epic so far. Made a nice Rectifier Soldano preset it slays pretty hard. Heres a couple pics. You all know what it is. Its definitely making me want to play more even just noodling with ambient stuff.

If anyone has any advice or tips lay it on me. 20170602_143937.jpg 20170602_153703.jpg

I've just scratched the surface with mine. The main thing that has impressed me so much is how easy it is to use. I'm not very good at this stuff and frankly, don't really have the time or the desire to invest as I should. Still, this thing has been a pleasure to use. I probably struggled a lot more learning the Mustang than I have with this. Spinning through getting where you need to get seems straight forward and easy. I'm adding and adjusting blocks on the fly with surprisingly little effort.

One thing I believe but can't totally prove at this point is that if it doesn't sound quite right, it's because you're not doing it quite right. It doesn't seem to have limits. The limits are all within me.

I enjoy looking at various chains, often without ever even listening to them, just trying to get a better grasp of the possibilities.

With the Mustang and the HD500X, I felt like I was getting close to getting all that was possible from the units. I'm not sure I'll ever feel that way with this. I think if you want it bad enough, it's in there.

    CONGRATS.

    Welcome to the fold :)

Big suggestion, start looking at a FRFR amplification system to REALLY get the best.
