Nearly 3 months after ordering it from American Musical Supply, it finally has arrived. Unfortunately, the headache, hassle, screw up that cost me a signed version and terrible customer service throughout the ordeal has tainted this day greatly. I am not nearly as excited as I should be.

Congratulations! Hope you'll bond well with it, despite the disappointing customer service :)

    Yea,
I've never talked to anyone at AMS or zZounds
that were very helpful beyond getting info on stock
so I really don't expect anything more than what I see,
my click n wait purchases are usually 2nd to None.
    If I wanted Service,
    things that include
talking to a salesman who listens, cares, and follows through,
    I would
    choose
    Sweetwater.

You simply can't see behind a wall
and there is no open communication
finding any information on a unit at zZounds or AMS.
In stock yes or no is about all they can do

+1000! Yeah, I have dealt with the same Sweetwater rep on 2 occasions and received killer customer service. I know they want to make a sale, but that person also will email me with a courtesy inquiry about anything I might be interested in that he could possibly help with.

Nice top on this. PS: if anyone is still looking for one, PM me, a local shop has one.

Beautiful guitar. The bad experience you made with the shop has nothing to do with the instrument itself. Enjoy it fully and try to forget asap - otherwise you won’t bond with that beauty.

Congratulations! I'm sorry the purchase went somewhat bad, but I hope you soon get to a place where you are excited by it. (I've definitely had that experience - it can take a while.)

I saw one of these at Guitar Showcase the day I bought my Goldtop Epi. I thought it was absolutely gorgeous. The color depth is amazing, and the finish was perfect. I loved it when I first saw the pictures, but was just blown away by it in person. If I had had the money, I probably would have bought that instead of the Goldtop!

Nice looking guitar; hopefully it's playability and tone will soon have you forget the hassle with the purchase!

The honeymoon period has ended, I am back to reaching for my number one all the time again. It is a fine guitar, but I like my slim 60 profiles better.

Have you compared it to the Rossa Corsa, or the Slash GT?

What's very interesting, I have tried several RC's. All had thin necks except one, which was practically a baseball bat.

It's funny, that's exactly the neck I like. Heavy body and fat, chunky neck! Chuck M
