maybe just leave her alone for a while.
I don't feel the need to change anything just yet
Neck pickup looks and sounds lovely.

    Awesome!

I want to try one out. What kind of profile is the neck?

It's the rounded, fat '50's style neck
Done well. Comfortable in the hands and inviting. Not a trace of stickiness

After a bit of sitting and playing on it
    it feels really good
Nice and low, no buzz, notes bend well-doesn't choke
It will have a set-up of course
but really after being stowed away since 0217 it
    feels surprisingly Good.
    Stays in tune
My first guitar with Epiphone Deluxe Tuners installed (as they are branded)
and don't let me forget that slippery sweet Ebony fretboard.
lest I forget. The icing on the cake

Between my Gretsch Black Phoenix and my Taylor 414ce, I love the ebony fretboard. That and the fact this model has Gibson P90s and I am seriously considering this over the Wildkat.

I also like that I've heard that the Inspired 1955 LP Custom is not weight relieved and is in the 9 lb. range if I'm not mistaken.

This purchase took me a while,
and will probably be my last.
    I was resisting hard
    Definitely a handful
I was on a push for replacing the neck pickup with a Lollar staple P-90 right off....
    but now I'm on hold.

this thing stays stock for now

These are great guitars. I had one and sold it to get something else. I need a P90 guitar again.

How do you like the finish?
I can't really tell from the pics. Was on the fence to buy one, but bought the Lee Malia instead. The fat neck is a big plus. This will probably be my next purchase.
    Enjoy and best of luck

    It's beautiful.
    Flat black, doesn't smear.
I don't know how else to explain it
the body binding can be felt under your finger tips, with the body ever so slightly above.
    I feel like I'm holding a time-piece
    However reality checks in.
    Surely enjoying this fine machine.

This model is really putting me in a dilemma.

I have an Epiphone Snakepit(the red one from the '90s, not the cheapie) on sale. It hasn't sold in a month, so I have been thinking about just keeping it.

But than I see this model and dream of P90s...ughhh how do guitars pull on my heart so much?

My eyes confirmed seeing a mahogany cap on this guitar. From the control plate it's obvious the cap or top isn't maple.
It's dark and matches the body wood
