Its been some time since I bought my last guitar which set a pretty “mean” buying standard in my head. As I always hear good things about Goldie and though I’m like a decade late on this but here it comes. Not a big fan of the aging though said to be aged by TM himself( with all due respect I can see the old man was very devoted in the aging.), but sound and feelwise I think its one of the best efforts by Gibson towards a vintage 59 les paul. The BB3/BB1 sounded a little”dumb” at first but after a few days acquaintance this guitar is a sweetheart, really comfortable to play anywhere along the neck and it’s got that”dry” sound to it. Hope you enjoy the pics, wish I had a lawn or yard to take descent pictures.
