I bought this Epiphone ES 335 Pro in Ice Tea burst about two weeks ago. I've been looking for a semi-hollow body for a while and found this guitar at my local L&M's. I'm really impressed with the quality of the guitar. Nice neck profile. Even the pickups and controls are better than I expected for the price. I changed the long, thin Epiphone pickguard for a more correct short, fat Gibson style like they used from about 1960 onward. It goes better with the 1962 style block fret markers. I also changed the knobs to gold reflectors from the black top hats it came with in keeping with the 60's era. And lastly, today I changed out the tuners from the Wilkinson Vintage stamped steel with green keys to a NOS set of Tone Pros Kluson cast tuners I had around here for a few years but never used. I had to ream out the back of the headstock holes to 10mm to fit the Kluson's.
