HNGD! She/He is beautiful. Welcome aboard.
Beautiful burst and very sharp lookin guitar, welcome to MLP and Congrats.
Great Looking guitar man!
My favorite of all the bursts
Awesome looking burst, are you liking how the pickups sound? Stock.
I do like the sound, quite a bit. It's different that the Strat which I also like, for different reasons. I was looking for a different sound without having to use pedals or other effects
Congratulations Freejack. That's a sweet guitar.
I've been obsessing about these Tribute's myself- they're an amazing value. I wrote a bunch about them here: Les' Sustain for Days
The Tribute Plus was street-priced around $799 until February when Epiphone reduced the price to $599. The different finishes really shouldn't affect the price, so dunno what was up with the Cherryburst at that store! Epiphone - Epiphone Announces Price Reduction on Top Sellers
Feel good about choosing the Plus over the previous model Tribute. As far I can tell, the differences between the two all favor the Plus: it has the flame top, 14" radius instead of 12", deep-set mortise & tenon joint instead of "traditional dovetail", jumbo instead of medium jumbo frets, and speed knobs instead of hats:

Gibson.com: Epiphone Les Paul Tribute Plus
(I'm not sure if there's a difference between "Mother-of-Pearl Trapezoids" and "Acrylic Mother-of-Pearl Trapezoid". Sometimes Gibson is a bit inconsistent in their spec sheets)
The amazing thing about these guitars to me is the quality of the pickups and components. A pair of Gibson USA '57 Classics would run about $300 aftermarket, which is half the cost of the guitar! Grover locking tuners would be about $70. Switchcraft jacks and switch. All the stuff you'd normally have to upgrade- come standard. That just leaves the standard Epi tune-o-matic as a possible upgrade.
Congratulations again! Hope you enjoy it. I'll be posting a NGD post of my own, shortly

Ok, and the nut, and straplocks, but otherwise, solid gold for the price, I tell ya!
Very nice, the desert burst is one of my favorites.
