I ended up trading a custom built strat for a American tele. The tele right now is actually a partscaster but I was given the original body and the original neck was put on the custom body to create an esquire.

I will be sanding down the original body to bare wood and repainting it. Then I will put all the original fender hardware and neck back on aswell as some handwound pickups. The esquire will get a new neck and I will end up with 2 telecasters.

I have an extra 2014 Standard Tele neck with tuners. It's a skinny C.

(I'll trade the neck & anything in my parts dept. for that white Esquire body, then........

    Wait a second, <chuckle.>)
