Very nice - HNGD!!
Agreed! Everything has been ordered to make it so!
Very sweet, congrats!
Perhaps I mis-spoke.
I'd stick with the black plastics and just get the black poker chip as someone suggested earlier. Great guitar - the binding on those is white not cream and it has a look all its own. Regardless of what you decide - nice guitar and enjoy!
Thanks! And Thanks everyone for the kind words. I can see now that this will not be my last Gibson. I love this thing.
Very nice. Congrats.
Fan freaking tastic...
Well, as conversed about, I decided to go with the cream plastics. Here she is. Looks good to me.
YES, that looks great! although I would have used reflector knobs, black or gold. But, I put reflectors on everything. Including my Tele.
What do you think @Who ? I’m missing the star, but a man has to draw the line somewhere.
That's really nice. I'm definitely a fan of the cream plastics on this. The pickup rings and pickguard are part of the classic lines of a Les Paul (to me).
It really brings that out on your model.
I would pass on the "star" too!
Yours reminds me of my first Gibson (a 1974) (very "Acey". No star sticker)
I definitely prefer the cream plastics. To me, the black just looks like kind of a “budget entry level” model.
I couldn’t agree more. I dig how it turned out.
I agree. It looks GREAT now!
