Wow, an Epi ES-295, that's super cool. Fully hollow with P-90s is the way to be.
Not a fan of those finishes though... Ugh.

Peter, you are NOT helping my financial situation or GAS one bit! :laugh2: Not only am I lusting after that Blueshawk, now you have to go and tell us they're reintroducing the ES-295! :run:

I was just thinking yesterday how much I'd like to get an ES-295, but the prices of used ones are just too high, and they don't come up for sale very often. I like the dummy coil inside the Blueshawk. Alembic came up with that in the early '70s, and until now, no major manufacturer has come out with anything similar. It's very effective in the Alembics.

This is a great time to be a guitarist! (And a terrible time to be poor)!
I am about ready to cancel my order for the JBPB, but with my luck, neither the Blueshawk or the ES-295 would make it to production.:naughty:

I just wish they would use the nice 60s headstock on the Sheratons, like they have on the recent Union Jack model.

After this past year I promised myself 1 brand new guitar. I was thinking about a Dot with P90's but that Blueshawk looks delicious, much noise could be made.

I don't think Epiphone likes us posting these.
The thread on the Epi forum is gone and I got a message from them about posting inappropriate content.
I asked what it was I posted that was inappropriate, but no response.
    Strange.
One would think they would like us promoting the new models.

    edit:
