Unless the seller is willing to part with all neck dimensions, it is impossible to know. I would not hold your breath.

Don't spend a dime until you have that information and measure the dimensions of the neck pocket in the body. They must match.

Honest answer ? Thats a lot of effort for what is ultimately a cheap guitar. Even if the neck pocket dimensions fit, you don't know if the frets and everything on the new neck are decent. If not, a fret dress will add another 100$ - 150$ to the cost. Maybe a new nut as well, if its poorly cut.

Ask yourself: How high is the probability that a 38$ neck has good quality frets and nut ?

If you really love that guitar seek out a competent luthier in your area and have him fix the break.

Or look for a new guitar.
